Leaner than I am right now. But why not as much an development? Even when I'm fat I still have abs/serratus visible, just have more fat on top.
Maybe its a drug thing? Or an an use thing? I haven't done a single an workout since 1998, but teaching bootcamps and clients everyday I gotta demonstrate various crunches with machines and kb's a few reps at a time a few times a day. Maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe that may help.

I neglected traps for years who is believing that if my traps are all big and bunched up it would make my shoulders look narrow, then hell I believe it was in prison, I started hitting traps harder ( after explaining to somebody the reason behind focusing on the inner back stuff on guys with narrow shoulders because it draw your eyes to the center of the back and then make your shoulders look wider.. Realized it should apply to traps as well in regards to Z parents from the front) and it made a huge difference in my physique and didn't make me look narrow at all.

If you're a natural I would say a good athletic build. If you're using gear you're wasting your time. Save the money your spending on vials and syringes.

I think you would look so much better not that dry but it's your choice you could probably be a pretty lean 220 I think people would notice that more plus you would be a lot stronger

I've always emphasized back from day 1. Literally. My first bodybuilding workout was my 14th birthday, Jan 2 1996 (also the same day I got my first driver's license) and it was a back workout consisting of one arm dumbbell rows, "Yates" barbell rows, dumbbell pullovers, and deadlifts. All with the set of cement-filled plastic waste I had gotten for Christmas a couple weeks prior.
As I've said on here plenty of times before I knew I wanted to be a bodybuilder from the time I was about 4 years old after accidentally coming across day bodybuilding contest or program on TV while turning the dial trying to find my Teddy Ruxpin cartoon. Remember seeing Lee Haney and I believe Vince Taylor and possibly Shawn Ray (this would have been 1986).
When my mom went to go to the gym I'll go along with her and wait in the lobby and read all the bodybuilding magazines I could, and during the summer I would watch the bodybuilding and exercise programs on ESPN. Also had my neighborhood community swimming pool in my "backyard" (it was actually in the lot behind our property. Behind our backyard, if that makes sense) so I would spend all day everyday All Summer Long at that pool (after waking up, eating my Wheaties, and doing curls and shoulder presses with SpaghettiOs can watching American Muscle Magazine, Kiana Tom, Bodies in Motion with Gilad, Body Shaping, etc... LOL)... and I sit there and hang out and try to show off for the girls and should, and I remember one day in particular I was sitting there hanging out with the Lifeguard girl and some dude gets up out at the pool and she makes a comment like "oh my God look at his back!", and the dude had a detailed, V-tapered back, and right there I made a mental note that girls like guys with good backs.... then in the few years prior to me turning 14 I like to read over and over and over and all the bodybuilding magazines I had acquired how important a massive back is (Dorian had changed the sport with his back).
So, upon me turning 14 and finally being allowed to lift weights (parents said "no weight lifting" until my 14th birthday because it's supposedly stunted your growth), I hit the ground running with my primary focus being on building a wide, thick, dense, separated back. Completely developed top to bottom. Paid off nicely in high school because everybody would have some biceps and some pecs, because all the dudes from the 'hood and whatnot would do nothing but bench press and barbell curls, but here's this white kid with this big,wide, thick back (for a 15-16yr old lol) that they didn't have.
stuck with that philosophy and prioritized back ever since. If I had only one day free to work out in a week that day would be a back day. (followed by triceps, followed by shoulders... Then chest.. Biceps, etc, in that order of upper body priority)

How can you train 3 times a day, yet not train legs or back? Theres only so much you can train chest, shoulders, and arms.
Here was yesterdays training
1st session: Hammer incline serge style, barbell bench to neck serge style
2nd session: Angin hammer incline. Serge and db fly serge
3rd session: Bench to neck serge and hammer dip serge

Economize if you prefer, for instance heavy Front Squats are an excellent way to hit legs as everyone knows, but what only those that do them know, is that they also hit your upper back with an intensity on par with pronated /pulled to sternum BB rows.
One arm dumbbell rows done with no twisting to meet the weight will grow your lats without any lower back stress as found with BB rows - this is important because you want to save that for Romanian Deadlifts which will make you hella swole in no time....
By adding just these three simple things and hitting them frequently and progressively, you can really change the posterior chain noticeably and relatively quickly.
As always patience and consistency are just as important as any chemical.
For the love of God and all things balanced and symmetrical at least add front squats and RDLs. LOL! ;D

Yeah it's official. You're stupid. Shoulder to waist ratio is the biggest sign of physical attraction from a woman to a man. Not training your back is probably the worst thing to do if you lift for attraction or bodybuilding.

The Almighty was probably right. When I used D-Bol many years ago, I added a ton of mass....much of it fat. There are no good shortcuts. That doesn't stop a lot of folks looking for them.

I prefer drol... That shit 15 would spout off about " blow up from within" was stolen from when we'd talk about anadrol and intracellular water retention. (Holding water"inside the muscle", as opposed to dbol and holding water sub-q and looking blury).
Some lose their appetite with drol, but my appetite is fucken hi-polar. I'm either starving 24-7 (as seen with pics of my fridge on ig/FB) or I have days when I look At the clock and realize its 7pm & I'm just eating my 1st meal of the day, so I make an effort to take shit that'll increase my appetite on drol. O matter what. (A single 500mcg dose of ghrp2 works well, although most people claim ghrp-6 is the one that increases appetite the most. It works for me however ghrp-2 seems to work for me a little bit better so whatever. I'm also aware that above a dose above 200 micrograms won't raise GH levels any further. The 500mcg dose is just for appetite.
If you ask the "bigger" guys, you'll find the common denominator is large doses of test.
The amount of e2 that results from dbol shouldn't be enough to cause fat storage. Look at women how much estrogen is in their bloodstream and how fat they are. Men arnt near those levels, so most likely you're putting on water. Which should be easily controlled with an aromatase inhibitor like aromasin or which will prevent testosterone and androgens from rolling up my tizing to estrogen in the first place and keeping overall blood levels low or at the very least a a selective-estrogen-receptor-modulator like tamoxifen, which won't affect blood levels of estrogen just blow block receptors so it can't affect your appearance. I prefer both.

All the shit I've read says that 100 mg is the best dose and that 150 is a bit better than 100 but the sides increase much more than the gains
Going form 50 to 100 increases side too, but the gains increase more than the sides so it is worth it, or so "they say"
