the dbol is much more anabolic than deca

hell, 60-80 mg of dbol kicks 2 grams of deca's ass

but dbol is fucking my health, deca is healthy, dbol not really.....

i am "Lord of the ASS" but this tune comes kinda close  8)

Training back, especially if you've been neglecting it, will (should) have a huge impact on your physique.

Yeah it's official. You're stupid. Shoulder to waist ratio is the biggest sign of physical attraction from a woman to a man. Not training your back is probably the worst thing to do if you lift for attraction or bodybuilding.
