Somewhat lean..
Leaner than I am right now. But why not as much an development? Even when I'm fat I still have abs/serratus visible, just have more fat on top.
Maybe its a drug thing? Or an an use thing? I haven't done a single an workout since 1998, but teaching bootcamps and clients everyday I gotta demonstrate various crunches with machines and kb's a few reps at a time a few times a day. Maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe that may help.
