Well Nick is putting out pretty good information/ content on his YouTube channnel ... so I don’t really have anything bad to say about him (Salecedo I have never even heard of) that being said ... is it really that hard to get a “ real job/career” to support your bodybuilding ambitions?!! ( most of the good bodybuilders I know are Fire or EMT or Security Officers... yes it would be easier to just train and live “the bodybuilding lifestyle”.. that’s pretty unrealistic... bodybuilding is a super expensive “ hobby”, so working a lot is just mandatory... food...drugs ... supplements it takes a lot of cash and sacrifice... with very little in return, you got to love it and Also be willing to work hard! ... at the end of the day you have to live your life with dignity and self respect... be able to look at yourself in the mirror! ..

One of my Training partners (yes, he’s a pro) goes to estate sales every week and turns what he buys on eBay and makes great money doing it. Went with him a couple of weeks ago to Tom McEwens estate sale and bought $300 of drag race memorabilia including still in the package Hot wheels dating from the 70’s-90’s listed on eBay, Amazon, FB market place and offer up and made $2100
Point being, they don’t have to do the shit they do.

I've seen enough of guys like this in my life. When I was in college and in my early twenties the gyms were full of them. Guys taking steroids thinking they can make a living at this game. They throw their future careers out the windows in search of the vials, syringes and garbage jobs so they can pursue bodybuilding. Then after cycling on and off for sometimes decades they are left with nothing but a crumpled up picture they keep in their wallet to show people what they use to look like. A couple of the guys are steroid lifers but when they get into their late 50's they start having prostate issues and warning mini strokes. They rationalize their drug use as a non contributor to their health issues.

I have lived a very moral and self respecting dignified life (help others, don’t cheat, steal bully or take advantage of anybody) always willing to give advice and help others... while I’m not perfect I can hold my head up high and know there is never gong to be any videos or pictures of myself involved in “ drug sales, pornography or hurting anybody .. I have used my own real name on here for close to 20 years ... in that time I have transformed my physique into something that’s pretty impressive at this point ...Doing so with less than stellar genetics .. more importantly I am a kind and loving person with a big heart that loves to help others ... now look at yourself closely ...can you honestly say the same? ... since you “ get off” on putting others down and are such a negative person I would say no fucking way in hell .. lol ..

Thank You!!..(as most here know,it’s been a long road ... being 6 ft 2”.. I have had to try everything, low reps/ heavy weight/ high reps /lighter weight.... training them twice a week ...50- 100
Reps squats .. drops sets etc) ...it’s nice to finally see some progress!.. pay off .🤘🙏

Keep up the good work it has paid off for you. This may not be the case with others who've lifted throughout their life, but at 74, my quads have seriously shrunk 4" from what they were in my peak years. It's disappointing. I will continue to work legs as long as I can.

Then I look around at most every other man my age & younger
95+ % are overweight Fat & Knackered physically regardless of there age.
