Is this real life lmao? People saying they cured their illnesses through just eating meat :P
One of the main arguments seems to be that this was the way early humans ate. But I doubt this is true as they wouldn't have been restricting themselves to meat only.
It seems similar to the hype which started with all the recent plant-based fads and also the lean gains 16-8/warrior diet a few years ago.
Jordan Peterson and his daughter seem like the typical millenial wimps also with all their bitchy symptoms.
Our resident pretty boy and slaying sailor go4it has some experience of it, it'd be good to hear his feedback after spending a few months doing it.

I followed this diet twice in the 90's... very strictly. Both times were a 6 months stretch (I was natty). As the weeks go on you get progressively weaker in the gym... even with the carb up days.
Natty: You'll lose a lot of water weight and get ripped. No bloating at all. However, you'll be weaker, smaller and will not have a lot of energy for intense workouts, especially hard leg training.
Roided: Totally different story. This is what Arnold and most BBers did in the 70's and 80's for their contest prep. The drugs give you the energy you need to train hard.

God this diet shit is idiotic. Limit calories, burn more than maintenance, lean out. To spare muscle while dieting, keep protein at about 1g per pound LEAN muscle mass. Story over. Early humans ate meat/organs/fat when they could kill something. Otherwise they ate plants, nuts, berries. This aint rocket science. Early humans were routinely hungry until they learned to herd animals or grow grains.

I did this a few times. After only about 2-3 days of carbing up, you start spilling over. It happens faster with simple carbs, slower with low GI carbs.
The drug(s) is what makes the difference. This is the same diet Arnold and all the 70's and 80's guys used 2-3 months before the competition. 6 days of no carbs, 1 day of carbs. This was one of the questions I asked Ed Corney in 2003 and he confirmed it. The drugs give you the energy to train and keep you full/strong. You gain size and lose body fat at the same time.

Maybe the reason these crazy, heavily restricted diets heal certain illnesses is because people unintentionally end up eliminating some food that is making them sick, maybe because of processing and additives?
Rice diet
The Rice Diet Program was founded in 1939 by Dr. Walter Kempner (1903-1997), a refugee from the Nazis, who was at that time associated with Duke University. Kempner had many patients with malignant hypertension with kidney failure, and there were no good treatments for those patients. He believed that the kidney had two functions, one excretory and the other metabolic, and "he theorized that if the protein and electrolyte load on the kidney was reduced to a minimum, the kidney might better perform its more essential metabolic role. The details of his reasoning are obscure, but he began to treat patients with malignant hypertension with a diet composed of nothing but rice and fruit, and amazingly, they rapidly improved."
Kempner's implementation was very strict, but also careful - patients were hospitalized for several weeks at the beginning of treatment. The initial treatment was stopping all medication and putting the patient on a diet consisting of "white rice, sugar, fruit, fruit juices, vitamins and iron, and provided about 2000 calories, 20 grams of protein, and 700–1000 ml of liquid as fruit and fruit juices. Sodium content was extremely low, about 250 milligrams per day, and chloride content about 100 milligrams per day." If results were good, after several months small amounts of lean meat and vegetables were added to the diet.

It would work but to such a small degree it's not even noticeable. The only thing you would notice is shrinking down to a very small level when dieting.
Can't do this type of shit without at least a little test maybe some NPP.

I feel 1000% better without them, dude they do more harm then good. The soil is depleted, they are full of pesticides, if you are cooking them there is no point, theres so much info on the adverse effects of veggies. By the way this is coming from a guy that would eat a bag of veggies a day, rotating from spinach, brocoli, asparagus. Tons of veggies. My stool was inconsistent, sometimes solid, sometimes loose, sometimes diareaha, farting, bloating. Cut all this out, all that is miraculously gone. Even on my carb up day I don't touch a single vegetable.

He says veggies are unhealthy, despite the overwhelming amount of evidence that including veggies in one's diet is extremely beneficial. The Mediterranean diet is full of vegetables and fruits with minimal meat and is associated with a reduction in stroke, diabetes, heart problems, cancer, etc.
Also, he's on drugs, which he will never state what drugs he is on, so diet and training advice from him means nothing to most of us naturals.

Lol, it's not broscience, just take a look at a website called meatheals.com. I'm just about a diet that makes me feel my best and look my best, provide me with tons of energy to live my life to the fullest. So experimenting with different diets is the only way to do that, I've gone vegan for 4 months before, done keto, done high carb, low carb, hell I even tried Ronnie Colemans exact diet bbq sauce and all, and what I've found thus far is this diet is legit. I have no vested interest in this, it's not like I'm making any money off this, I suggest you guys give it a shot for a month, if you don't like it go back to whatever you believe is the best diet for you.

They are not regulated by the FDA, theres been 3rd party testing on major selling vitamins showing them to have nowhere to close to what was stated on the back of the bottle, Centrum was severely underdosed and they are the number #1 selling multivitamin in America, most fish oil was shown to be rancid. So would you buy a cup of coffee if it wasn't certain to have caffeine in it?

i am eating 10 whole eggs a day and a lot of bacon (cage free eggs and butcher shop bacon) and my LDL and HDL are legit. i will have blood work in the near future - i will gladly post my findings -
i just am baffled at the no veggies (he gave a reason) but for me i love the taste of veggies and i feel quality veggies do exist

I used to know this lifetime vegetarian who once developed a tear in his colon. I don't know the cause, but the doctors told him to stick to a very low fiber diet until he had completely recovered. It seemed like very difficult instructions for a vegetarian to follow. At the time, I also thought that was very strange for doctors to say since I always thought fiber was good for your colon. It's all starting to make sense now.

The latters’ arguments against plants is that they have anti-nutrients which are toxic, but the hole in that argument is that the amounts are too small to do any damage.
Looking at it from a strictly biological standpoint, it’s hard to buy that humans made it through the ages by only eating animals, many of which are faster and stronger than us.
Humans’ being omnivores is much more realistic.

What good is a diet it if you can’t stick to it? That’s the problem with this. Nobody’s going to just eat meat long term.
It's inconvenient and very anti-social. Without drugs, intense workouts are not possible. I've gotten much better results with traditional dieting and morning cardio.
