Not Burgers, but I ate 12 crazy hot Spicy wings on Sunday, Man v Food style. I was fine for 20 or so hours, but close to fainting when they were existing.
I will not be attempting any kinda burger challenge. I have learnt my lesson.

I had a Filet O'Fish sandwich, a small soda, and small fries the other day here in LV (The Palms Casino) and it cost about $11.50.
I think the price was half of that less than a year ago.
And I never fine dine at McDonald's if an In-N-Out is nearby.

a few weeks ago I ordered 4 In-n-Out double double's with fries and a coke and only managed to get 3 down, barely. From then on my cheat days are mostly clean.

COACH, I don't fine dine at In n Out too often, but when I do ... I order the same items each time and have become proficient at placing my order very swiftly ...
"A double double, protein, cheeseburger with onoins .... for here! Plus small fies and a small drink!"
That carries a price tax of something like $7.56.
But once in a while I'll order Animal Fries and cancel the ordinary ones.
My big question here is .... Am I smarter and more health conscience than the thousands of others that afternoon who get their burgers in them burger buns?
And do they add mono-sodium-glutamate to them bestest burgers I've ever tasted?
And I believe that one young lady now owns that whole operation and refuses to franchise In n Out. (Her dad, the founder, died and In N Out passed on to his son, but he soon died and passed it on to family memers to hold until his sister got qualified, and now to the best of my knowledge ... she goy qualified and owns it outright.
And some GetBiggers do not like her.
And she and her company headquaters reside in IRVINE, Ca. just a few miles south of Disneyland.
And all them thousands of acres where the city of Irvine is now situated stretching all the way west to the Pacific coastline (a Mexican land grant) belonged to a family I once knew very well.
And El Toro USMC Air Base was once situated there when Irvine was nothing but a cow pasture.
And that's the full extent of my burger knowledge.

Thanks, I average 3-5 pounds of meat a day, eggs anywhere from 7-14, I use grass fed butter for cooking. Stims, I take half a No Doze (100mg caffeine) in the morning and half a No Doze pre workout with, some citrulline malate and beta alanine, just the powders from TrueNutrition. I pretty much eliminated it coffee from my diet I may have a cup a week, I feel that can wreck your gut not to mention fuck up your teeth and ever your skin.

There's always going to be conflicting theories, with science backing both sides. If you're serious, you have to see who is funding the study - the meat industry, the grain, the vegetable? Given that, I think extreme anything is not the long term answer. Likely a balance, with the elimination of refined and processed garbage.

I have little doubt your plan is working for you - the evidence is in the pics. But hard to know what really is effective when chemicals are involved. Hopefully you're getting regular bloodwork.

Go 4 It always looks in shape and I am sure the high protein/fat diet is a big part of it. After about 30 your insulin system doesn’t work as well because it gets damaged from excessive carb intake as a youth.
Low carb is a healthier way to eat.
You can lose weight by calorie counting too but it drives you insane, lol

I dont think it really works that way, just because someone has higher test levels then another, doesn't translate in to them being more muscular. Im on trt, my test levels are over 1000 and I dont have the musculature of Go 4 It. Again, maybe its just Gh and Slin, keeps him lean, round, no hair loss or acne.

another thing about the burgers or red meat diet, doesn't high red meat consumption and low fiber diet greatly contribute to colon cancer?

I believe there was a study done that as long as levels were somewhere between 350 to 800ish ng/dl (maybe even higher) there really wasn't much of a difference. Granted you don't know how each was training, etc. but the difference is not as pronounced as you might think until you get supra physiological. Don't remember how long-term the study was, though.

i just thought it was odd because i was tested around his age and mine was over 800, i looked nothing like him and was obviously natural

Ok, just to be clear, he could have been >3000ng/dl just a bit ago using test prop. A lot of guys blast and cruise nowadays unless they are gigantic and have to/feel the need to use large doses year round.
So comparing yourself to him at those numbers would be inaccurate due to background, etc.

The JAMA study you quoted regarding eggs is simply a meta study and is already being challenged widely because it relied on people’s memory of what they ate and didn't control for other factors. I’ll stick to my 4 eggs a day 😁
