the more and more research being done showing the benefits of red meat and even the American Heart Association publicly admitting that dietary cholesterol has zero impact on blood cholesterol, and sugar is the main culprit in damaging human health.

Recent study.  What you?

The culprit, the researchers wrote, appears to be cholesterol; the study also found that eating 300 mg of cholesterol per day was tied to a 17 percent increase in the risk of developing heart disease and an 18 percent increase in the risk of dying during the study period, compared with consuming no cholesterol

"The evidence is pretty clear that animal products, and high-cholesterol products, should be limited" in the diet, Freeman told Live Science.

I saw that post you did in another thread with pics like 10+ years apart.  Whatever you're doing keep at it, cuz it's working great for you! (no homo)

BTW, what was the total damage done to your toilet now that this is a couple days passed?  I'd be on the shitter every hour in tears for at least 2 days str8 if I did that. :'(
Thanks bro, I digested it just fine, no issues, maybe if I got fries and ate the bread, most likely would have experienced some stomach problems.

Hey Go 4 It,
Impressive! How many lbs of meat do you eat a day? What about eggs and butter and other fatty animal products?

About your energy levels. What stims do you have during the day? Coffee, caffeine, thermos, etc?

Another thing, you obviously aren't 'clean'. What is your typical cycle?

Thanks,

Bec
Thanks, I average 3-5 pounds of meat a day, eggs anywhere from 7-14, I use grass fed butter for cooking. Stims, I take half a No Doze (100mg caffeine) in the morning and half a No Doze pre workout with, some citrulline malate and beta alanine, just the powders from TrueNutrition. I  pretty much eliminated it coffee from my diet I may have a cup a week, I feel that can wreck your gut not to mention fuck up your teeth and ever your skin.

I haven’t seen Tito in years since I haven’t been back to Cali lately but he’s always shredded 24/7,
I think he’s 175-180 at 5’7, prob 6 percent all year round, and at 50

I went there the first time you posted it.  I've read about a family that ONLY eats red meat, one meal a day, etc.

But I could say go watch Forks over Knives on Netflix, which will counter most of it.

There's always going to be conflicting theories, with science backing both sides.  If you're serious, you have to see who is funding the study - the meat industry, the grain, the vegetable?  Given that, I think extreme anything is not the long term answer.  Likely a balance, with the elimination of refined and processed garbage.

But I was responding to your comment about the link between dietary cholesterol and problems.  Yes, what you said was popular two years ago.  But the study I posted just arrived, and appears to say what was originally thought.

I have little doubt your plan is working for you - the evidence is in the pics.  But hard to know what really is effective when chemicals are involved.  Hopefully you're getting regular bloodwork.

Is jealousy allowed during positive week?  She was one of my faves back in the day....always wondered what happened to her, and now I know.

For those that actually know how to post pics, I think a thread dedicated to pics of the MuscleMag Intn'l from the 90's to early 2000's we be kick ass.  *Laurie Donnelly must be included

The JAMA study you quoted regarding eggs is simply a meta study and is already being challenged widely because it relied on people’s memory of what they ate and didn't control for other factors. I’ll stick to my 4 eggs a day 😁

I haven’t changed my 2-4 either.   Just making a point about believing one study over another.

Go 4 It always looks in shape and I am sure the high protein/fat diet is a big part of it. After about 30 your insulin system doesn’t work as well because it gets damaged from excessive carb intake as a youth.
Low carb is a healthier way to eat.

You can lose weight by calorie counting too but it drives you insane, lol

Absolutely not.  I'm not commenting on Go 4 It being natural or not... it does not matter.  Simply, you can be taking a gang of PED's and on the day of your blood work have a 770.

Thanks for the info. What is your fat:protein calories ratio? Is most of the meat around 20% fat? How many calories a day? Thanks

I'm not fat at all just gaining, zero bloat, just look in to red meat and it's health benefits how it's probably the #1 super food available to us, the more and more research being done showing the benefits of red meat and even the American Heart Association publicly admitting that dietary cholesterol has zero impact on blood cholesterol, and sugar is the main culprit in damaging human health. Ive seen nothing but health benefits by increasing my red meat consumption to about 70% of my daily meals. Skin, hair, body composition, energy levels, vitality, you name it.
