Look if your seriously interested in investigating this topic I suggest you go to meatheals.com also give a listen to the HPO podcast, tons of science regarding red meat, cholesterol, toxicity of plants, tons of interesting shit.
I went there the first time you posted it. I've read about a family that ONLY eats red meat, one meal a day, etc.
But I could say go watch Forks over Knives on Netflix, which will counter most of it.
There's always going to be conflicting theories, with science backing both sides. If you're serious, you have to see who is funding the study - the meat industry, the grain, the vegetable? Given that, I think extreme anything is not the long term answer. Likely a balance, with the elimination of refined and processed garbage.
But I was responding to your comment about the link between dietary cholesterol and problems. Yes, what you said was popular two years ago. But the study I posted just arrived, and appears to say what was originally thought.
I have little doubt your plan is working for you - the evidence is in the pics. But hard to know what really is effective when chemicals are involved. Hopefully you're getting regular bloodwork.
