After talking with my coach (yes, he knows how to coach) he suggested that in addition to doing the already planned Masters class, Looks like I’ll also be giving the open class a shot as well. Would make be by far the oldest in both classes.

There are many fake coaches, but only one coach is back is an intense one.

Definitely where I need to be and ahead. Maybe about a 11/2-2% to go so just basically cruising for the next 2-21/2 weeks then tighten it up until peak week. Holding at around 203.

Won't comment on what I'm taking but training is 4 on 1 off. Diet is just under 2700kcal 47% P, 40% C and 15% fat. with a couple of cheat meals a week.

We are watching. And stop moving heavy weight! You're a bodybuilder, not a Powerlifter. I'll handle the heavy weights- you take care of the reps, the continuous tension and the pump. ;)

I might have a glass (1) of wine 2-3 nights a week or a beer (1) on the weekends but that’s it. Steroids (despite popular belief) aren’t mind altering

Though I will say I prefer who I feel when I’m using.

2 - Chest, front/back delt, calves
3 - Back, rear delt, traps, abs
4 - Bicep/Tricep, abs

Right now I stay as heavy as my body will allow (on compound movements) but keeping my reps in the 6-10 range. Auxillary's in the 12-20 range. Sets vary but as an example, legs are in the 27-34 set range.
I don't take progress pics because I'm able to meet in person with my coach but most training pics are documented on my IG

I make up for by napping :45 a day

WTF man - you're not even that old and I doubt your bodyfat is so low that it's disrupting your sleep
I'm turning 53 next month and I sleep through the night 7-8 hours every night and very rarely get up to pee and if so it's 1 time per night and even that's rare and I drink at least 16oz of water 45 minutes before I go to bed
I'm somewhat obsessed with optimizing my sleep
Have you tried not looking at the TV, computer, phone at least a hour before bed and of course no booze (I'm assuming this is not a factor). Also try reading a book before going to bed.
Take ZMA and collagen protein about 30-45 minutes before bed (collagen is high in glycine which promotes sleep)

I only use this when I travel and my sleep in messed up with time zones.

Last time I had an alcoholic beverage was over a year ago. Last time I took a pain killer was at 20, after surgery (almost 20 years ago).

Depends on where you're at in your prep, but in general, it's my choice of a protein if I have to suffer 10 days or couple of weeks before a show. I personally like cod or even a rockfish. I've been eating fish (cod) on Fridays for Lent and totally notice a difference the next day.
