At night I sleep like shit. Between my torn shoulder labrum (pain on most days is between a 7-10) and peeing multiple times a night, maybe 4-5 hrs.
I make up for by napping :45 a day
WTF man - you're not even that old and I doubt your bodyfat is so low that it's disrupting your sleep
I'm turning 53 next month and I sleep through the night 7-8 hours every night and very rarely get up to pee and if so it's 1 time per night and even that's rare and I drink at least 16oz of water 45 minutes before I go to bed
I'm somewhat obsessed with optimizing my sleep
Have you tried not looking at the TV, computer, phone at least a hour before bed and of course no booze (I'm assuming this is not a factor). Also try reading a book before going to bed.
Take ZMA and collagen protein about 30-45 minutes before bed (collagen is high in glycine which promotes sleep)
