Down to 243 from 253 in four weeks. Shooting for 235 by July 1st when I go on vacation. Only eating between 12-7 and doing the peleton almost everyday as well. Just started introducing some weight training with body weight and light dumbells. I can notice a difference.

You could do a 1000 cal meal at 12, and another at 7 and probably lean out well. If you really wanted to drop, could do something like this:
1. Steak / eggs / avocado / olive oil, etc
2. Meat / veg / fats
I'm not anti-carb, but make sure the sources are good.
Don't eat any processed shit or sugar.

My Achilles heel. Probably the hardest part of this thing. I haven’t drank alcohol, at all, in five weeks and can easily cruise through that, but there’s something about 2:30 and a Coke Zero with two Reese’s that I love.
Vacation is on hold as of now, just got the email from Delta saying they were cancelling my flight out. House is already paid for so I’m fucked there. Thanks Obama covid!

It's more about the good/bad mix.
212 seems fine, and is big improvement, but take CQ10 if you're on statins.
Also, 20 min exercise is bullshit. Do your 45, then add pushups / bodyweight squats / planks etc.

Man, I’m such a fat ass disgusting piece of shit. Got a Caribbean vacation set for June 30-July 11 and have done absolutely nothing in years. The more I exercise, the hungrier I get and the more I eat. It’s crazy. I was hoping to be able to don the Speedo and show that a forty something year old man still can have his shit together. I’ve got about eight weeks, not sure how much progress I can really make. Peletoned for 28 days straight last month and just kept eating. Diet and self control seem to be my issue.

Ive done the fitness pal before and tracked my calories and it’s around 3,500-4,000 unless I really watch what Ike doing. I’m 240lbs and would like to be around 225-228 with abs. I’m somewhat kidding about being a fat ass, I have a decent build for my age, it’s just hard to get down any lower. I feel like no matter if I diet for a month or eat/drink whatever I want, I pretty much look the same.

Do some running and go for the swimmer look.
Running helps lose weight better than anything. I have the worst diet and drink like a fish. But I run a lot and that helps keep my twinkish good looks.

3500-4000 isn't going to help you drop flub, unless you're burning a shit ton.
Suck it up, stick to 2500 or less for 10 weeks and get leaner. Then find a way to eat foods you like and not have it be 4000.

Eat this:
Meat, eggs, fish
Non-starch vegetables (green like broccoli)
Berries (but sparingly)
Cheese, cream
Nuts, seeds
Butter, healthy oils
Don't eat this:
Juices
Fruit (not often)
Flour products
Grains (rice, wheat, cereals, etc.)
Sugars
Low fat foods
Trans fats (partially hydrogenated foods)
Make this your permanent eating program.
Over the next six months you could lose 20 lbs.

Keto Kid will say eat Steak, eggs, water, salt.
As for the blue apron, it's not hard to cook this shit. All blue apron does is provide exact ingredients and cuts. If you're mostly eating all meat, it's not necessary.
