Stay injury free and continue to get more consistent in my diet and training. Don't put numbers on things and set yourself up to fail see the path not just the destination. Don't worry about the timeline if you are on the path you will get there.

I had hoped others might add their own goals. I am training 4 days a week now. I am already getting leaner. I do not need to reduce calories. I need to increase them. My diet has been really clean though and I am noticing visual changes when I compare to recent updates. Everything is just a little tighter, detail is a little crisper. More veins are coming out. It is a slow process we are looking for 1-3% gains not 20% you will have to take my word I am not planning to update again for a few months I want to see noticeable changes. Or at least give myself time to realize nothing is changing and I need to reevaluate but I am seeing small consistent gains.

Big BHank, you need to do another contest or something. The perpetual stew is a good metaphor for your lifting. Right now you're in the old meat and scummy broth portion. You need to freshen it up.

What about Sumo? You've did MMA, you've did bodybuilding, power curled, arm wrestled, etc.... A BHank Sumo arc would be nice.

ANNNNNNNY time you want to compare

Here are some components of being fit/in shape

Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance – The ability of the body’s systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen  you lack this
Stamina – The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy you lack this
Strength – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force you kind of have this....thats being generous
Flexibility – the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint  you absolutely don't have this
Power – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time  maybe for strict curl, definitely not squatting
Speed – The ability to minimize the cycle time of a repeated movement  you don't....your knees won't let you have this
Coordination – The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement don't even lie and say you have this.  one look at the bench video is proof enough

I will gladly post lots of squat videos this summer when I get my new cage will go for the 405. I will say though stomach felt better last night weight is already a couple pounds heavier this morning and appetite is back so hopefully I will be a fat slob soon. Now that I have 60 days to not have to continuously update progress and prove I am shredded maybe I can bulk up a bit.

Yeah I think it's gotta be. He has cracked the 100 before - last April, and then more recently as noted - but not reached 110 either time. So a bhanky medal is due it seems

And luckily this is one record that cannot be taken away due to the usual array of mishaps that seem to befall him at every turn such as hometown refs, sneaky drug taking and weight class entering being called out, or coincidental complete bodily collapse nearly every single time he nears the stage

I was a pro...as much as you dismiss it or deny it.  Competed in several of them.   Highest placing was 4th out of 12.

Stay injury free and continue to get more consistent in my diet and training. Don't put numbers on things and set yourself up to fail see the path not just the destination. Don't worry about the timeline if you are on the path you will get there.
