I would never deny that Mr.Dante is not successful and made a name and put out a theory that's pretty valid and to me fascinating in this industry. He just eh...he's a little sensitive that's all. No big deal.

good.  its a good routine.  It's fun.  I'm not delusional with everything that's come up in my life for the last few years I really have lost the desire to compete.  I actually talked to troop about some diet stuff a few months ago as I planned on doing the natural michigan but I've had some personal issues come up and it made me realize that competing just isn't right at this time.  Maybe it will be in the future maybe not....if I do it I'm not gonna half ass it, I'm gonna do it right.  I'll probably use this routine for the rest of my life, I don't see how getting stronger is a bad thing.
