and "popped" my ankle.
I heard a LOUD pop. Fell down and laid in the rocks in some pain. After only about 2 minutes though, the pain was OK enough that I could stand up. 4 hours later (now) it's pretty painful.
The swelling on the outside is only about golf-ball size, but the pain is also spreading across my arch and coming up the other side (inseam side) of my foot and leg.
Any suggestions other than RICE?
