New exercises, so far success

Cleans and snatches-traps, shoulder girdle, upper back toasted

Wide grip upright rows-new side and rear delt move which is feeling good so far

Weighted chins-I was doing these with bodyweight but doing them weighted seems like it will help get my normal chinning strength through the roof

Weighted dips-incredible pumps from top to bottom, wish I would have done them soon

Stripping sets for calves-Milos style, esp on toe presses on leg press.  One plate at a time from each side.

the chins are great, but hard, heavy sets work the best for me.
weighted dips are one of my favorite workouts, your bech will benifit from them too.
