Wide grip upright rows-new side and rear delt move which is feeling good so far
Weighted chins-I was doing these with bodyweight but doing them weighted seems like it will help get my normal chinning strength through the roof
Weighted dips-incredible pumps from top to bottom, wish I would have done them soon
Stripping sets for calves-Milos style, esp on toe presses on leg press. One plate at a time from each side.
