Just enough time if starting NOW.

I asked gh15 to contribute some training info. For cutting obviously cardio (5-6 times a week IMO) + good diet for the next 3 months and you're there. Read all the way through this to the end:

ECA stack - read but try substituting the green tea + caffeine stack described above first as it's safer:

It's felt by some that green tea extract like Mega T is a healthy alternative to ephedrine, thus try the same 200 mg. caffeine pill used in a ECA stack prior to workouts coupled with Mega t twice a day in place of ephedrine and see if this works first before going with ephedrine.

interesting.  I don't really think it is as I've used both, never used green tea with caffine but I have used some of the current OTC fat burners which basically are green tea with caffine and a few other key elements.  ECA is very effective IMO but I'd start off with one dose a day until you can guage you're reaction and go from there.

Pumpster, don't you think cardio 5-6 times per week is a bit excessive? May put you into too much of a catabolic state if your diet isn't spot on!

Just my experience, highly debatable just like lifting in which some claim that there's no need to go to failure while Milos and others including myself would find that absurd. Even the government's guidelines have recently changed to now espouse daily, longer duration activity for staying in shape vs. previous shorter less frequent routines. Other sources claim otherwise.
