No, I don't blame Milos, at least I looked better than King....what was Milos' excuse for that?

BTW, you really need to know what's fat and what isn't!

might i suggest you go to the ' the insulin diaries' thread as posted by mad nickels- it can be found here: http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=205088.0

i do believe it is dedicated to you, joey.

in it you will find yourself performing a 'pose' of some nature where you are showcasing not a dry and lean rear double bi but instead a very SOFT and FAT back and hams.

truly a disgrace to competitive bodybuilding, really.

'btw', i think it is you who needs to discern the difference between 'what is fat and what isn't'.

hope this helps, sport.

My suggestion to you is to STFU....this is a BBing board, you don't belong on here, I hear Jenny Craig has a "support" board, try there.

anyone can have a small waist when performing a vaccuum pose

pant size is the only legitimate means of measurement

That's not Lisa Marie Prestley.

He claims he has solved the fat glutes problem.

He covered them up.

Again, there is nothing you can do about structure, Atwood and Federov are not known for their asthetics, Atwood had freaky conditioning and was big, thats it. No one (and even the "no one" on this board) cares about their waist size, hardly anyone has anything in the way of true bodybuilding aethetics.

As far as having a small waist for leverage.........this is bodybuilding not powerlifting, who cares?

well cause bodybuilding is supposed to represent the ideal male form of stength and beauty, so if a guy has a tiny waist and isnt very strong or athletic then he's not ideal.. unless the guy is very short, then of course it would make sense.  Guys with wider hips/waists are probably better at sports than guys with tiny waists so why is tiny so ideal?

I dont know why Federov and Atwood are not considered aesthetic, I think they are, they are mass monsters but are proporionate to their frame.  They should not be discounted or considered inferior for having wide hips.
