im trying to get to your epic leanness!
im only eating the processed carbs around my runs 6-8 miles or so so i can run longer and harder, it works but i get the fucking shits hhaha. the rest of the day, 8-10eggs a day for cholesterol, one monster thickburger only 45 carbs, a few whole grapefruit, some bacon/ sausage. 2 fastbreak candybars during my run 1 before and 1 midway through, this should help me get closer to being the master
im trying to build up my run to a solid 10 miles
and my goal is to do 400 incline pushups a day everyday currently around 200
roman chair abs every day 100 reps so far on average , need to do more
theres more to the workout but i consider that as more core daily workout
