I just think there's far too much overlap in Milos system.  A good giant set program that is doable for naturals and low dosers would be Gironda's a muscle has four sides program or even the original POF program.  Even the new POF variations have far too much overlap.

All you need is 4-6 exercises...........more is just retarded no matter who says otherwise!  :)

I happened to believe different a set only becomes dangerous when you cant go anymore.

Interesting.

If your methods are similar to Milos', then the term "natural" is used quite loosely. But this is just speculation on my part.

You should do a write up on this, as i doubt any of us will travel to CA just to learn about giants sets.

I'm not doubting the effectiveness of actual giant sets,  I have done programs with giant sets before that have been very very effective.  My doubts are specifically with Milos' system.  How similar is yours to his?
