i train every bodypart once a week. pretty high volume. heavy mostly but also some light sets at the end.

i'd say, if you have the energy/time to train more often, then do it.

but i would get sick of training if i did it like 8-10 times/ week.

4-5 is enough for me..

just changed my routine last week, had to much cardio

4 days of weightlifting
3 days of cardio

you look good, but theres some bad news...


you have a mild case of gyno, i believe the term is "puffy nips", if you took drugs they would grow into fullblown titties. And since you have it without taking any drugs, the only way to correct it is surgery costing 3000-5000$.

I'm not going to lie to you guys as I detest/hate people who do that. I did run what is supposedly the most mild ph last september (1,4 AD Bold), that supposedly doesn't aromatize, etc. and did everything properly (took precautions above what was recommended and cut it short because I felt terrible on it), however it shut me down still to this day (have seen several doctors, etc.) so I've lost everything and than some unfortunately from where I was in the beginning. It was the worst decision of my life and I'll never do that again. I can say (however) that I am sort of glad that it did because if it had worked out well I may have continued to do it. Fair warning to everyone who messes with that stuff.

I've noticed a rather odd trend that most of the responses come in this part of the forum. I'm just curious how a lot of the natural guys on this forum train. Do most do splits still, one or two bodyparts a day, positive failure, once/twice a week, etc.? I was considering changing up my routine to working bodyparts twice a week. Anyone have a noticeable difference by doing this? I'm in an overly analytical mode at the moment.

Not even sure what "Natural" means anymore.  I guess if it doesnt involve needles than it still counts as natural  :-\

Guys who do the high volume stuff. Do you often go to cocentric failure on all sets, etc.? I've never done high volume before really. When I first started I did full body pretty much (no legs) every day and I mean every day besides some cardio. Had no idea what I was doing (125 lbs). Ever since I used Max-OT I began to be confused about "failure" training as some people don't consider cocentric faliure as failure at all.

I am always trying to change up my exercises, poundages, and even bodyparts I hit per day to keep my body offguard and growing.  I cant train heavy like I used to due to a partially torn labrum, but I currently do 4 days a week and just change my split every other week.

Rotation 1:

Day1 -Chest, Biceps

Day2 - Back, Triceps

Day3 - Legs

Day4 - Shoulders, Biceps


Rotation 2:

Day1 -Chest, Triceps

Day2 - Back, Biceps

Day3 - Legs

Day4 - Shoulders

Yep since I was 14.

I only do 1 rotation a week. I just mix it up every week.

Day 4. Off
Day 5. repeat.

I cant stand volume anymore.  I like blasting a body part for two good exercises and move on.

in general i train the same....medium to low volume, progressive + at the 2. half of each training routine as intense i can be......

i train for over 27 Years now....i did 3 cycles in that time (first after 15 yrs. of training), been off for 3 yrs + 4 months now, and my natural strength level with 44 yrs + 10 Months old is better than ever before....

6 days a week though if i want/feel like a break i will.

Big compound basic exercises them pumpy shit once the hard work is done

wensday off

thursday
shoulders 9sets
biceps     5sets
forearms 2sets

friday
legs 9sets
abs 6sets

sat and sunday off

i normally change the exersizes or rep range every 5 weeks.
