I am always trying to change up my exercises, poundages, and even bodyparts I hit per day to keep my body offguard and growing. I cant train heavy like I used to due to a partially torn labrum, but I currently do 4 days a week and just change my split every other week.
Rotation 1:
Day1 -Chest, Biceps
Day2 - Back, Triceps
Day3 - Legs
Day4 - Shoulders, Biceps
Rotation 2:
Day1 -Chest, Triceps
Day2 - Back, Biceps
Day3 - Legs
Day4 - Shoulders
