I've noticed a rather odd trend that most of the responses come in this part of the forum. I'm just curious how a lot of the natural guys on this forum train. Do most do splits still, one or two bodyparts a day, positive failure, once/twice a week, etc.? I was considering changing up my routine to working bodyparts twice a week. Anyone have a noticeable difference by doing this? I'm in an overly analytical mode at the moment.
