lol, yep, 240 was fat.
Im down to about 200 now and honestly look and feel much better. No point in me being 240 as my strength wasn't even that much better than it is now.
So now i'm not very big, but look better, and i know i'll never let myself get over 20% bf again...
and the best thing is the shirt doesn't have to stay on all the time lol
people get delusional with the weight they put on, they think it's muscle but they are just getting fat
I was up to 243 cuz I was eating a ton of food for MONTHS, 2 mcdonald meals everyday, 3 hungryman everyday
so much candy and chocolate milk and junk food
