Fro the past couple of weex I have been having
White French bread + turkey deli (97% fat free) + low fat cheese + low fat mayonnaise
2 toast + blueberry jam
1 cup of coffee + hazelnut Coffee mate 0 fat , 0 sugar (that sound gay but tastes great)
But cause I didn’t train since mid april … it doesn’t make any difference …
In the old day I use to eat:
10 egg whites + 2 yolks
150g steak
100g oats
3 table spoon honey
2 toast
When I got back from Cyprus …I had brought some bread from Famagusta … which was brat with Halomi cheese/olive and olive oil … it was premised & then baked in an over … I bought 8 pieces for US$80 … but they weighed around 40lbs … I use to have that with my eggs
When I am in a hotel … it is always eggs + English pastry & steak if availed … so me fruits + yogurt … and of course good all coffee
