Fro the past couple of weex I have been having
White French bread + turkey deli (97% fat free) + low fat cheese + low fat mayonnaise
2 toast + blueberry jam
1 cup of coffee + hazelnut Coffee mate 0 fat , 0 sugar (that sound gay but tastes great)
But cause I didnt train since mid april
it doesnt make any difference
In the old day I use to eat:
10 egg whites + 2 yolks
150g steak
100g oats
3 table spoon honey
2 toast
When I got back from Cyprus
I had brought some bread from Famagusta
which was brat with Halomi cheese/olive and olive oil
it was premised & then baked in an over
I bought 8 pieces for US$80
but they weighed around 40lbs
I use to have that with my eggs
When I am in a hotel
it is always eggs + English pastry & steak if availed
so me fruits + yogurt
and of course good all coffee
