Better progress this week from last week what changes did you make? On target but keep the calories up for now as to continue to gain mass without sacrificing size. 8)

Simply lowered calories by reducing rice and pine. And saturday and sunday, increased carbs intake. From today, lower again.

And i was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay smaller than now.

I dont care how you guys call me. But this is the condition.
No more no less.

Thats why i am insisting always "There is no such a light way or theory or commonsence in diet and training and growth.".
Last year, i didnt do it. I observe my body reaccion by foods even in off season. So we found out that simple carbs and high protein work quite well.
Anyway, you must watchout your physique always and keep on having your mind free to understand any physical reaccion.

thats not true..of course there are some basic diet guidlines (and for training too),

first and foremost: a caloric deficit is needed inorder to loose fat (weight). that being said there are better and worse ways to diet, and yes there will be differences between people but not as big as some people believe.

i was simply commenting on the fact that your diet is kinda extreme and unecessarily restrictive, but hey...if you can stick with it..sure it will work (once again if it gets you in a caloric deficit).

I just want to be a hope for you guys.

"Oh he is not a natural because he used 17yrs ago. So I dont believe that he could reach the level of now."
Then you lose it.

"Ok, he used it in 17years ago. Its natural for me. And he dont have that much good genetic but he achieved it. So I CAN DO IT TOO."
Then you win it.

Its your choice. ;)

wasn't referring to your statement of being natural........never mind

Can you provide some evidence which proves one cycle alters your genetic make up?

Your legs are 3 weeks behind in definitiom/separation compared to your top half. I'd be holding poses with the legs more often than you do.

Exactly my legs is less dryer than upper body.
Just going down my weight is the key though.

Unfortunately, here in Spain, there is not that much variation of posing trunks and their design sucks a lot.
So I am thinking about importing it. :-\
