Egg white some time. Powder, I dont believe in them at all and i get fat with that easily.

I cant believe them too. My physique is TOTALY ATTAINABLE for an average genetic.

he admitted to using steroids which means he aint natural even if he is clean. there is a different between natural and clean.

natural =never touched aas, gh etc (including so called prohormones)

clean: not using drugs at the moment.

is that all you eat? every day? why are you using such a restrictive diet with such massive amounts of protein? total overkill in your case. fat?

sure it will work if your in a caloric deficit and im all for simplicity...but why would you limit yourself in such a way?

yes its very important to differentiate a true natural and someone who is clean but has used drugs...as even ONE cycle will improve your muscle building potential even if you go off the drugs

but what you will find is that druggies like to have their own definitions of 'natural'....such as 'lower dosage' or...using 'prohormones but not steroids' etc  ::)
