It's been a few years since i've squatted..
I got into doing higher rep leg presses etc.. and kinda got outta squatting bc of that and lower back pains...
WELL, regardless, i'm getting back to squatting, and man, my knees are hurting. Not really during the squat, but in the days that follow the workout.
Is it that i'm now 32.. and the cartilege is deteriorating>?
Thoughts? Also thoughts on gluco/msm?
