It is going okay.  I started Clen 7 days ago today.  Going to start back in the gym soon.  Right now I am working on not eating so bad.  Back to just chicken and no beef or pork.  oatmeal and eggs for breakfast.  my leg feels fine finally.  It could go faster but I just want to lose regularly.  Thanks man

Well thanks man.  I am hoping it will be okay.  My heart considering my size is okay according to the doctors that chekced me out at the hospital.  They did all kinds of tests and stuff.  I feel fine too.  My biggest problem is the weakness in my legs because I didn't really train legs and the addtional weight I can really feel.  I am hoping to drop weight so I can at least feel a little better walking around
