CTS-like symptoms, you should examine in which fingers you have these sensations to know which nerve is being irritated. Usually the nervus medianus or ulnaris.
Problem can be in the wrist (ss CTS) but also more proximal (ellbow, shoulder plexus). Even if BP is normal, you could use a (moderate !) diuretic to lose some fluid. Check the scale to see if and how much water you hold.
If the muscle mass between thumb and index finger starts to atrophy, you are in trouble..
