CTS-like symptoms, you should examine in which fingers you have these sensations to know which nerve is being irritated. Usually the nervus medianus or ulnaris.
Problem can be in the wrist (ss CTS) but also more proximal (ellbow, shoulder plexus). Even if BP is normal, you could use a (moderate !) diuretic to lose some fluid. Check the scale to see if and how much water you hold.
If the muscle mass between thumb and index finger starts to atrophy, you are in trouble..

What diuretic would you recommend? I must admit, I don't really know anything about diuretics...

I have been told that tingling in the extremities may be the result of Hypothyroidism...If you are going to a doctor for that testosterone have him do a thyroid test when he does your blood work.
