How about a sample day eating on both diets.
for bulking, will give yesterday's example:
Breakfast: 2 scoops BSN Syntha-6 /w 300 ml skim milk + 2 Eggo waffles with pancake syrup
Lunch: Pizza Hut "small" pizza (I think 10") with chicken & veggies
Dinner: went to parents' place for dinner - had two plates of brown rice and goat meat
Bed-time: 2 scoops BSN Syntha-6 /w 300 ml skim milk + about 1 cup of Caramilk ice-cream
today was three 7-11 buffalo chicken taquitos for breakfast, lunch was served at work was teriyaki chicken breast + fried rice + dessert squares, meeting a friend for dinner at 7 at Five Guys but will likely eat a few more dessert squares before then, and for bedtime will probaqbly have 500 ml carton of egg whites + grape juice and maybe eggo waffles as it'll be a post workout meal.
When cutting it was usualy 5 meals, each with either 500 ml egg whites OR 8 oz chicken breast, then for carbs I'd have either a small pack of oatmeal or 200-250 grams of mixed veggies per meal.
Also did lots of cardio when cutting and practically none right now.
