i eat alot of sugar fat fiber and protien im getting back into a steady 7 day a week workout routine. i do manual labor 7 days a week i tend to drink 6 rootbeers a dayhomeade breadsticks with TONS of maranara like a whole bottle =very healthy2-3 cups of raw greens2-3 cups of cooked beansbowl of cerealI love eating sun chips too with my beans at lunch. I have replaced fritos with sunchips they are superior and from the suni ll eat some grapes or cherrysi notice the sodas rev up my metabolism to where i need to take a shit then i feel renewed and energy is freed up ready to have a good workout then consume more calories. the massive amounts of beans help me have ample breath for my boxing lessons and squats i like to do
