Running your numbers, you might be able to get 5-10 pounds. All 3 of those put a 6' natural with good genetics at about 195-200lbs at 10% bodyfat after many years of training. I don't think that's an unreasonable figure, but remember that when naturals cut down into the single digit bodyfat range, they lose lot's of muscle rapidly.

well 10% is good enough for me, but how come actually? do your hormones drop when you lose fat? or is it just that your body wants to metabolize the muscle mass because the fat is running out?

I think he may say your not natural i have you at 6ft 190 at sub 8% bf that is close to the gh15s cut off point and mine to I have  a hrad time believing you have not taken so much as prohoromones but if not good for you. As far as strentgh and muscle mass you can gain much more if your willing to stray from bodybuidling and gain fat. I have seen people gord themselves fat and bench near 500lbs drug free.
What's GH15's natural cutoff for someone close to 6'2"? I was a shredded 210-215lbs barely training lowerbody after prob 3yrs of training. Really good genetics, not ELITE but really good. Put muscle on fast, fat too though. Have to diet like crazy to shred up.

Both. Stress hormones rise, test and other things drop a bit. The body does all it can after a certain point to stay at a comfortable level of, well,  fatness:).

Haven't read the thread, but you can gain 15 to 20 lbs of muscle mass naturally. You can continue to train, but you will not continue to gain.
