No.  I did not say "the lack of security on the embassy is categorized as a scandal."  I cited a number of things.  Go back and read them.  All of them taken as a whole are the "scandal."  Did you watch the clip by Pirro?  That sums up everything I think about it at the moment.

No.  It's about why we didn't properly protect our civilians, why we didn't do everything we could to try and save them, and why we lied about the cause of the terrorist attack.  Overall, it's about truth and accountability.
