They hold the power to defund based on the Constitution. Further Obama unilaterally delayed parts of the law...a law you said in the previous post was past and enacted...so based on the Constitution and precendent set by your savior..the disgrace in the White House, they can do it. And based on the fact they are a legislative body with again, the Constitutionally mandated power of the purse, they are doing it with legislative means.

Obama held up the regular function of government to uni laterally pass amendments? no. He also followed the proper procedures unlike this current practice.

First it was defund Obamacare, not it's basically set it up to fail, offer exemptions for everyone making the law useless. Ya real fucking negotiation going on.

There is nothing legislative, go read the fucking definition, they aren't enacting shit,  nor are they following procedure for amendment.

He is the president you incredible moron, he has many powers.... are you unaware of this?

I love the US but the freedom part?
You do know the US is the country in the world with the highest number of inmates right?

Why do you love the US?  What country do you live in?

Funny thing happens when people break the law.

No, he didn't.  Show anything that gives him the authority to delay 'parts' of the law.  To stop Obama from doing what he did would require far more time, effort, and energy then just letting it go.  As the Chief Executive he is expected to enforce the laws as fairly and justly as possible.  That doesn't mean what he did is right and it has fuck all to do with proper procedure.

As usual, you don't know your head from your ass.

I didn't say anything you are implying I did, as usual you just skirt the issue and ramble on. The deficit is decreasing at a record pace, fact. The debt is rising, but for many economic reasons this is not nearly as important.

Obviously theres a deficit otherwise, it's record setting descent is illogical.
more obama butt boy fanaticism.

the deficit is decreasing at "record" levels because it ROSE TO RECORD LEVELS!!!!

you dont get credit for bring it down faster than anyone WHEN YOU RAISED IT FURTHER AND FASTER THAN ANYONE!!!!

Sorry what about this is an abomination. Seriously, win me over to your viewpoint.

I have heard fines etc, but that's pointless as it an artifact of the type of healthcare your striving for. The fine is as low as 95 bucks for poor families, yet they will receive some healthcare, therefore that's not an issue in my mind. Asking for exemptions personally seems unreasonable as it's universal and thus encompasses everyone.

The mandates are certainly required , or it wouldn't work period.

Universal Healthcare is one thing... but that's not AHA. AHA is an insurance company gravy train!
