incorrect, you just don't have any muscle on your back.

Understandably so, its hard to pin your lats.

If you had muscle and thickness you would not be as flat as a post it note in your back DB shot.

I have a ton of muscle on my back lol you guys are trying too hard by all means lets see some of the haters post a better back shot

Do what those competitive eaters do.

There are youtube videos out there, but basically they drink huge volumes of water to "stretch" and increase the volume the stomach can hold. Later when it comes to shovelling down food they can beat even the greediest sob. Takes some practice, but once mastered you're set

Do they drink and then purge the water? I mean water will kill in excess. My first thought, if I were to try this, is to put electrolytes in the water ( salt etc).

MattC will need a more accurate measurement of your shrinkage. To the second decimal, please.[/b]

Do I send my crank-pics to OMR like Matt suggested??

And that will increase the size of their gut like a fat person's and possibly put stretch marks on their mid section or stretch the skin.

Lol drinking fluids is not going to put stretch marks on your stomach

Some do it in the morning on an empty stomach and they'll add things like fruit or vegetable juice. Some eat a salad then pound water. Electrolytes or watered down gatorade would probably make more sense.

Some of the best competitive eaters are pretty slim/fit with flat stomachs or visible abs and they put away 50+ hotdogs in a sitting.

If you're doing it to help you consume 2000 to 3000 cals in a day then it shouldn't really be an issue

That guy eats an insane amount of food.

But his regular diet is almost nothing.

Randy Santel does these eating competitions sometimes several days in a row.

It's insane.

Wasn't there some type of supplement that came out 15 years ago or so, that was supposed to increase appetite? It came in a silver and black box by Xero Nutrition (or something to that effect).

Edit - AHHH!! Found it!! It was called "Engorge" by Xero Limits. They also had a weight gainer called "H.U.G.E. (Human Underground Growth Experiment) MASS" .

Dude you are an encyclopedia on old supps and their ads.  LOL

Is that peptide site legit?  I didn't thing any were taking cc orders anymore.  Instead just using crypto.

Maybe you watched a really old documentary when it was more a bunch of fatsos doing eating challenges.

These videos say otherwise on "training".

Even the guy you posted a video about mentions water/juice and training. 44 second mark

I found it in an issue of MD from 11 years ago.

Speaking of years ago, it was 33 years ago today, that I got serious about weight training and bodybuilding after reading an issue of Muscle & Fitness that my friend left at my house.

As a teenager, I couldn't believe a guy could be that "old" and still be THAT BIG. Larry Scott was 49.....the same age I am now.
