Sodas and alcohol are the enemies if you're trying to lose fat.  That should be the first thing to go if you're getting your health back.  All of that sugar just sets you up for failure

Amen to that!!!

Me, I have my spiritual life on a good track.  I have my family life on a good track.  I have my professional life on a good track.   I have my social life on a good track.   Now I'm getting my physical life on a good track also.

Still, I could be improved in all different tracks of life if my physical base is much stronger again everything will improve that much more.....gettin there again.   I already feel much better and my wife told me this week, "I can already tell you're blowin up and shrinkin down in the the right spots!"

I thank God I'm able to!  ;)

It's depressing as fuck that as naturals if we want really defined abs year around we have to stay around 2500-2750 net calories only lol! I just can't do it.

I eat 5-6000 kcals per day ☺☺☺

I don't do any cardio except fucking and work around house/garden.

I'm a big boy and I don't eat but half those calories (and I'm talkin about when I'm not dieting).

Where do you put it?

Actual fucking hardly ever last longer than 20 minutes for me unless I deliberately slowed down to extend it and I hardly ever fucked more than twice a day, so at maximum I only burnt 200-300 calories from that, I'm single now so I'm burning fuck all, brutal honesty...

I stay lean on it- posted pics a day or so ago if want to see. Juice helps obviously, train high volume and id say 1500 cals are from wine.  I just eat the same meals everyday year round and if ever notice fat gain i will make a minor change (remove one egg yolk at breakfast, leaner cheese on sandwiches etc).

Split it across 4 meals and have added a lot more calories to breakfast in the past 6 months and grown lean from it.

If anything im convinced i ate too much protein, too little carbs and needlessly cut fats before and i was softer for it.

Do you taper you're calories down as the day goes on?

I've finally come to learn the value of fats in a diet, but the carbs kill me.  I become a bloated mess.

How much of a difference does the juice make for you?

For me if I decrease carbs, I increase fat.  Avocados, some nuts (that's the only thing I have to measure bc I get carried away), fatty fish like sardines or salmon. I will also eat chicken thighs as well. I don't get cravings for sugar either.

lay out a typical day by meal

are you drinking a bottle of wine very day then?

Meal 1: 5 large eggs scrambled with whole milk in pan with butter/olive oil, 4 slices toasted brown/wholemeal bread with butter

Meals 2/3 either
a) Just under half cup (uncooked measurement) basmati rice, 250g diced beef (cooked weight), 1 whole egg, chillies (shit load of bird eye chillies), soya sauce, 1 or 2 wholemeal crackers. [I fry the beef in rapeseed oil, add in chillies and soy sauce then pour this onto pasta bowl full of rice with boiled egg chopped in and garlic seasoning]

b) Half cup rice fried with olive oil, spring onions, chilli, garlic and 250g (cooked weight) lean pork steak (pork steaks prepared ahead of time by marinating in soy sauce, garlic, salt, mixed herbs sealed in foil and baked for about 1 3/4 hours)

Meal 4: 3 or 4 ciabattas with chicken, serrano ham, german peppered salami and edam or feta cheese (toasted - hard to say exact weights - probably 100g chicken, 25g ham, 2 slices salami and 1 slice edam/ciabatta - I scrape out the excess doughy bread in ciabattas)

Wine... not 1 bottle... (think higher and you're probably below the right number)

Edit: I don't snack too much, I always bring simple sugars like marshmallows to gym in case my blood sugar drops (randomly happens me sometimes, unrelated to any substances/health issues) or homemade granola if hungry. One cheat meal per week.

I posted diet there; calories fairly even throughout day but peak after workout with sandwiches (I train at night). I know the wine ain't great but if it has calories I'd be lying if I omitted it.

No idea what difference juice makes but it makes a difference. I am one of those people who is always warm to the touch so I've had a decent metablism whole life, any fat I do store is around belly button and lower back at sides.

doesn't the wine make you sluggish

you sound like you like your food and put some effort in to it

if it works for you then great

I've to phase it out but the sandwiches seem to stop me getting too bad on wine - if I've no starch I would probably vomit the wine cos of reflux.

I love the food I eat - robotic and not for everyone but it does taste great and the pork and rice dish travels well and can be eaten cold which is handy.

Oh amd your last sentence took me 25 or so years to get. It works for me. I did doggcrap diet and training before and it involved way too much protein (500g beef etc per meal 600g protein per day loads of shakes and the training had my joints a mess and i like high.volume and training 5/6 days). Not enough people figure out what does and doesnt work for them. Pasta made me bloated and i took ot for years, i avoided butter etc etc)
