Your statement doesn't really do much except support the premise you're simply not capable of not logging.
It's easy though.
Make a random password in a text editor and don't save it.
Copy it.
Close the editor and don't save anything. (Alternative is to just copy a random word from a web page)
Log into getbig.
Put a fake email address.
Change the password with the paste function from the random page.
Log out... reboot.
If you picked a random word or phrase and didn't attempt to remember it... You're set.
