The phytonutrients and antioxidants in fruits and vegetables are so small in quantity in natural form, that unless you buy extracts of those fruits and vegetables, the phytonutrients, and antioxidants, that you really get, are virtually nonexistant, even less so with high fiber content pushing them out of your body.

P.S.: Eat a lot more saturated fat, if you want to feel full.

Yes !!! This is great to know, I've always thought fruits and vegetables are overrated and this confirms it.

You need LOTS of Protein and FATS for breakfast, skip the carbs take a good multivitamin and a strong coffee, 90 minutes later hit the gym...

I tried bulletproof coffee for a couple weeks, just got major squirty shits.   Get black coffee and blend in 2 tablespoons of high quality butter and High end Coconut or MTC oil.  Fuck, spray each time I have it.

So you eat 70 eggs a week? That's 6 cartons of a dozen eggs a week. You can just take some egg protein with your whey protein to save some money.
