The phytonutrients and antioxidants in fruits and vegetables are so small in quantity in natural form, that unless you buy extracts of those fruits and vegetables, the phytonutrients, and antioxidants, that you really get, are virtually nonexistant, even less so with high fiber content pushing them out of your body.P.S.: Eat a lot more saturated fat, if you want to feel full.
