well i'm not anorexic and in fact i'm trying to gain only lean dry tissue no water or fat

just did db overhead tri ext with a 42 kg bell for 12 reps and then pounded out 5 reps with 100 kilo on close grip bench at a bodyweight of 72 kg

yeah i'm weak lol

nearly everytime ive tried a bulk up i gained just fat and water, but one time over a 5 week period i gained 5 pounds and my bf went down 1%

i did this by eating bodyweight X 15 witb a pro/carb/fat ratio of 40/40/20

so maybe it is the ideal, what you think fellas?

max size for me would be a buck 85 @ my current level of conditioning

but the first goal is a buck 70

and i wanna get 6 reps with 65 kg on overhead tri ext and 3 reps with 120 kg on close grip bench superset style baby 8)

and ive already figured out my diet

breakkie 60 grams of whey pro and 4 packets of oatmeal

lunch double cheese and milk shake from mcds

din din 550 grams of chicken breast and 4 packets of oatmeal
