Tapeworm and henda are the coolest and funniest guys on here

Just trolling as hard as I can before they stuff me in the pine box next month.

I accidentally an MMA club.  I don't even watch the UFC.  I just wanted to do some BJJ but it's all that was in my area. Going to pick up a heavy bag, wraps and gloves today to try to get some punch kick tabata training in before the first session in a couple weeks.

I am 45 years of age and have zero striking training.  "Funny" doesn't begin to describe what's going to happen.  Advices would be very appreciated.

Yeah but you have to put the icky worm on the hook ewww.

I'm going to be the male equivalent of the fitness mom who wears a pink karate gi to her Zumba-Do class.  If there's a reasonable chance of getting my pretty nose broken, which seems likely, I'll never mind so much about the sparring and stick to bag work and grappling.

Curious to see if it's run by responsible, informed people or if it's a collection of bloodthirsty idiots who just want to throw haymakers and squeeze the only 2 chokes they know over and over.

according to nanny dog cock suckers, nanny dogs owners are the cause of the nanny dog eating people

i guess the owners whooop and beat the nanny dog?

therefore, if the nanny dog was smart, it would maul its owner.  rather than sit around and suck its owners dick then go maul some innocent stranger

so do nanny dog cock suckers admit, your nanny dogs are pretty fucking stupid (even if you wont admit they are dangerous beasts)?

and i like how every nanny dog owner i've ever met claims his nanny dog is the sweetest thing ever that would never hurt a fly, similar to how every innmate says he is innocent

what kind of insecure cuck wants such a vicious dog anyway?  got napolean complex?  why not get a normal dog like a golden retriever that tends to not mutulate people?

Remember that the power comes from your core and the twist, be sure to twist and rotate your hips with each punch

And throw and snap your punch, don't push it, like throwing a baseball but from the shoulder, don't throw loopers, keep your punch strict and and tight, but stay loose while throwing them

And 40s for 50s isn't old, Bernard the Executioner Hopkins was boxing on the top elite level in his 50s

Cheers.  It'll be good for me.  Srsly who gets all the way to 45 without a decent combo?

Not too worried about fitness, truth be told.  I tend to adapt quickly if I make a point of suffering enough (which hoping to do before the first session).  It's just carelessness from training partners I'll be on the lookout for.

Frasier looked awful.  Physique of a postman.  Now I'm no Sweet Science expert but Foreman seemed kind of dull and plodding.  Effective but more slugger than boxer.

I'm sure the conditioning won't be easily attained but I won't need a real boxer's conditioning.  I'd be more of a takedown and grapple guy, but unless things look super safe I won't be sparring at all.  Don't know if there's such a thing as a 'light spar.'  I'm too gorgeous.

Ok, I'm barely gorgeous.  So I can't afford to be lose any or I'll slide into non-gorgeousness.

Had a few light spars with my coach and got bloody nose and black.eyes and he also bruised my rib, light stuff

Im no grappler but that shit takes strong condition too bro

Forearm was def a puncher but in that fight his punches were tighter and crisper than usual
