Well the decision was made by the parent company of AMI, so hes already lost.

The FACT that he was arrested is the biggest issue.
He can be accused without being arrested but once the police "decide", and in this case it was a judge who issued a warrant, there is enough proof to arrest someone it is a whole new problem.
In an ideal situation a warrant and arrest arent issued unless there is proof enogh of the crime. And because todays culture says you're guilty until proven innocent he is really out of luck.
In my area someone was arrested for downloading and transmitting child porn. The person was suspended/fired from his job and most people assume he is a pedophile.
Obviously there hasnt been a court date, we have no information on what he was downloading and sending out or if the charges are legit. But because he was arrested most assume guilt.
This is the same situation Shawn is facing. Guilty because of arrest.
