I agree man. I am going to compete again for the first time in almost 30 years and it may hurt me but I REFUSE to do the lame ass front “RELAXED” pose that way. I have pretty wide lats that flair out (not saying I’m in that cars league at all) but slightly opened up is all I’ll do. I believe the pose was initially intended to judge the physique as if the man was just standing relaxed in front.. it just looks so freaking stupid and you can see the true size with the front lat spread pose
