Gymnasts don't have to invent some new exercises or angles lol, they have great arms just by doing bodyweight exercises. Bodybuilding isolation exercises are so overrated for muscle growth it's sickening

all those excercises do exactly the same as a "standing barbell curl and dumbell curls.If someone could explain how a cable curl doesnt hit the muscle as hard as a dumbell or barbell curl I would be all ears

also i get a kick out of some of these youtube videos that rave about the so called great conditioning of todays pros i challenge anyone to find a hw ifbb pro than even comes close to this from the rear i am giving to examples here
