Working hard. Cardio 3-5 days a week, here is the diet.
Meal1- Designer protein (40g protein) and 1/2cup oats
Meal2- 6-10 oz Chicken, Salmon/tilapia, or lean ground beef with veggies
Meal3- Designer protein (40g protein) and 1/2cup oats
*Training*
Meal4- 6-10 oz Chicken, Salmon/tilapia, or lean ground beef with veggies AND CARBS appx 30g
*40 minutes cardio*
Meal5- Designer (40g protein)
Bedtime..
