Here is a shot from a month ago..at 223lbs, im 213 now.. more details in the member pictures section...



Working hard. Cardio 3-5 days a week, here is the diet.

Meal1- Designer protein (40g protein) and 1/2cup oats

Meal2- 6-10 oz Chicken, Salmon/tilapia, or lean ground beef with veggies

Meal3- Designer protein (40g protein) and 1/2cup oats

*Training*

Meal4- 6-10 oz Chicken, Salmon/tilapia, or lean ground beef with veggies AND CARBS appx 30g

*40 minutes cardio*

Meal5- Designer (40g protein)

Bedtime.. Smiley

What is in designer protein? just 40g protein? no carbs presumably?

It seems to come off the last two weeks of every month! isnt that weird? SO ive been 213/214 some days 210,  all of august so far..watch out basty...INCOMING!  Cool
