as far as dabbling here and there goes, that has nothing to do with it. the point I was making was, when i'm on point, im on point to the point where i am getting striations in quads and tris but still have that lil bastard belly.
Bluto you are right though, it's true we always want what we can't have. I had a friend that was a big dude, big chest, quads, arms, chest the whole nine. When i would flex my quad and he would see those striations, his face would actually turn red...
I guess i'll just continue w the cardio, ab work and dieting and see what happens...
