If it's Genetics then Genetics suck

I can't understand, i've been into weightlifting and the bb scene for a while off and on, i've dabbled in juice here and there, nothing extreme, and when i diet, i diet right. Not to mention in the gym my lifting and cardio is on point. I was at one point in my life where at 6'3" i was a lean 210lbs but I could never get abs or rid of that pouch under my belly button. It was so extreme, i had striations in my quads and tris but couldn't lost that little bastard...Is this genetic and can i get rid of it? if so, how?

You've said it yourself. BB scene off and on.  Dabbled in juice here and there. 
You will get results if you're training hard and eating well CONSISTENTLY!
It hasn't helped...

Keep cutting until the pouch is gone.. maybe this is the last place you lose your body fat from and that is why the rest of you appears cut but yet you still have the little remaining belly fat.  Have you had your b/f checked?

I would agree that it sounds like it's the last place where you hold fat. That's a little bit different from person to person... I can see that it sucks though, because everything's so focused around sixpacks and shredded abs where as not a lot of people care if you got striations in your quads  :-\

as far as dabbling here and there goes, that has nothing to do with it. the point I was making was, when i'm on point, im on point to the point where i am getting striations in quads and tris but still have that lil bastard belly.

Bluto you are right though, it's true we always want what we can't have. I had a friend that was a big dude, big chest, quads, arms, chest the whole nine. When i would flex my quad and he would see those striations, his face would actually turn red...

I guess i'll just continue w the cardio, ab work and dieting and see what happens...

you should just keep your nose to the grind stone with the BBing and try different things... with your training and dieting... you have to keep training things out.....

I have never done juice.. but from i hear, you can grow like weed  but just laying in bed all day...
you just have to have some well power. not to take a plened training day off and not cheat unless its plenned.

im trying to get rid of that last 'pooch' too , i get the veins in arms , chest , legs buuuuuuuut dont have a 6 pack  :-\

taking up running and field hockey as ive been doing cardio for yonks but cant seem to kill that last bit

If you're serious about it you should check your bodyfat and get it measured. Maybe going down in bodyfat that last point would make the difference...
