In most cases you would be lucky to even maintain all your lean mass. Sure, beginners sometimes manage to put on a bit of LBM while shedding some fat, it's a known phenomenon - 45lbs of fat is a hell of a lot to lose though while putting on that much muscle. Most gear users would have trouble with that.

based on these starting/to date #'s...this means:
21% drop in body fat %
49 lbs. of fat dropped
42 lbs. of muscle gained

All in 7 weeks???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I did the maths

Sevestase hit the nail on the head, guy is in a drug tested Federation but is also proud of his change, and rightly so.I really have to question anyone that believes this was aided without aas and some VERY potent Fatburners. This is also the 2nd time Ive seen Goudy endorse a guy who has gained 30 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks while shedding 30 pounds of fat, saying he trains with him and he is natural, tells me all I need to know about Goudys "Natural" status. We all know this type of guy, the type that gains 30 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks and then goes on to say it was the new Creatine he takes and Branch Chained Aminos  ::) , then says his buddy uses it too who gained 40 pounds of bloat and muscle in 8 weeks, while gaining some severe bacne.I have no problem with AAS use, I do have a problem with the constant lying about natural status which gives newcomers unrealistic expectations, and sets any level ground for learning about natural growth back 50 years.

Not really, however he made awesome gains. He will probably get there, just be consistent. Don't expect huge gains anymore after 1 year of training. It will go dead slowly.
post a picture of yourself and show us all what a real muscleman looks like then.

I think you're on the wrong forum. Last time I checked this was a bodybuilding forum, I think you're looking along the lines of something like queer eye for the straight guy with your haircut and apartment comments.  ;D Apartment is in italics, because you spelt it wrong. Come back with an education and I might take you seriously  :P

That's right, I must live in severe poverty, that's why there are two black leather sofas in some of the pictures ???  ::)  Don't worry yourself about my lifestyle, I don't intend to base my future in bodybuilding, as I say, I study medicine and I'll be making a shit lot more than you in a few years and unlike you won't waste my time needlessly bashing other people on boards.

I don't know why I'm humouring you, you still haven't come back with half the brains like I told you before

There seems to be some confusion on the timescale, the time between the first pictures and the last pictures taken in my poverty stricken home with two leather sofas and newly fitted blinds was 7 months, not weeks :-\

For arguments sake, say the muscle gain, fat loss numbers were wrong, which personally I think they are. Fair enough, I'm just quoting what people suggested to me and I think that the reaction here has told me those figures are wrong. Would you guys still think I'd used AAs purely based on the pictures? :-\

oh my.  At least I spelled something wrong and did not invent a word that does not exist!  "Spelt" hahaha.  Very smart.

Anyway, I am sure you will make more money than me,,lol.  See the thread where I owned squad. I am already a MD, posted my license and all.

As KRS-1 said best "don't be mad, cause UPS is hiring."

Awesome progress, it looks like you have great dedication in anything you do, whether it be lifting or drinking. Its allor nothing mentallity.  But keep in mind, you mentioned how long you ve been off the booze. Never look at it like that, or count the days off the booze. If you do that, you will just count the days till you start again drinking. Like''ive been off for so long its now time to have a beer'' Just say im not drinking anymore, or better yet '' i like to have a healthy body'' Ofcourse a couple of beerd wont hurt now and then, but in your case its better not to drink at all, when you gain bigger selfconfidence and calmness, it will be no problem for you to drink a couple of beers. Just like Huge Nasser said, i drink for the taste of it, not to get drunk. Nasser is a smart man. Make sure you check out his interviews.

Calling absolute bullshit on the "only 7 months of training" and "I lost 134 pounds of fat and gained 322 pounds of muscle in three months".

But you look good, and strong deadlift.

I will now yield an integral sliver of advice since you are at a critical juncture.....Bodybuildin g and Powerlifting are fruitless pursuits and you SHOULD NOT rely on them for anything and they should solely be treated as an alternate spare-time activity.  Nothing more.  You have a character makeup of an individual that clings to extremes on the spectrum of compulsivity.  I see this has already infected you as you stated that your complete life was tailored around this quixotic pursuit.

These new-found and fresh activities of yours should not be given so much importance.  You are now at the banks of the Rubicon.  Do not cross it.

I agree with adonis here, you need to have some other hobbies as well, bodybuilders tend to neglect the most important, emotional muscle building, that is the brain.

Cheers man, I've just started med school over here in Belfast, NI. Right now, it sucks ass, big time. We're just doing boring theory and the lecturers seem more bored than we are. I've been told it picks up a lot more in the second term with more clinical experience etc
Med school!? LOL. You must have been severely underdiagnosing your (previously cited) problems with mental illness and alcoholism.

why are people talking i weeks. it took seven months!

to the guy who sauid that this is the 2nd time ive endorsed sumone who made tremendous gains. there is one common denominator.

also, if this is the case and thuis guy is indeed not natural why would i not be making unreal gains myself??????? yet endorsing my friends gains?
